DATA CABINETS:
Nemstech Supplies distribute a full range of 19’ data cabinets starting from the 4U Wall cabinet to Large 47U Free Standing Cabinets. Our cabinets are manufactured by Netrack one of the world ‘s largest Data cabinet manufacturer. These Cabinets service many industries such the IT, Security, Digital network and Electronic industries.
A rack unit is a unit of measure used to describe the height of a server, network switch or other similar device mounted in a 19-inch rack or a 23-inch rack. One rack (1U) unit is 44.45 mm (1.75 in) high.

WALL BOXES
Wall Boxes are manufactured from 1.2mm and 1.6mm mild steel in accordance with the International DIN 41494. Each wall box has 10mm lip onto which a 4 mm toughened glass door locks. A back panel is supplies as and when required. Swing back frames allow for easy bolt on to the wall box. Alocating pin is fitted to align the wall box to the swing back making for easier fitting and locking.
Wall boxes size 6U to 20U are supplied with 2 by 120mm*120mm fan cut outs as standard. Fans and /or filter kits are available as optional accessories. All wall boxes and swings from 4U to 20U are supplied with gland hole cut outs with fitted covers.
19 inch profiles are fully adjustable through the depth of the cabinet.

FLOOR STANDING CABINETS: 10U to 47U
19 inch floor standing cabinets consists of Top and Bottom aluminum welded to form a solid base.
Cabinet upright profiles are manufactured from extruded aluminum alloy. Side panels and back doors are manufactured from 1.2mm mild steel. The doors are hinged, lockable and removable making the cabinet a marvel to work with.
Top panel has a return lip on all side and is manufactured from 1.6mm mild steel. The cabinets are supplied with lockable 5mm armour plated framed front glass door which allows for concealed hinging and reversible door openings. Glass door is famed with Aluminium extrusion to improve rigidity. Set of heavy duty adjustable nylon feet are supplied as standard.
